Hi everyone;
We are nowadays too much into healthy diet. Many people suggest starting the day with a glass of water. Our body remain deprived of water for whole night so it is really good to have some water early in the morning. I personally got benefited with this practice.
That day one of my friend suggested me to have a fruit in the morning and start the day that way. It will be light for the system and slowly puts us into gear. I tried this for couple of days but that did not go very well with me . For me ,it seems fruits gels well with a whole some breakfast. Anyway, each system is different and intake may impact accordingly.

I eat musli with soja milk and lots of fruits, dried and fresh. I try not to drink coffee during breakfast coz it just makes me hungry after this fibrous food I just took. I drink my coffee during lunch when I eat rice with either meat or fish with vegetables. In the evening I drink warm ginger tea with lemon after dinner. I prepare the tea myself from fresh ginger and lemon. Each to his own really as you have said.

We start our day with a banana in the morning before taking our breakfast. Apple is also one of the best fruits readily available for us and is also a good way to start in the morning to eat 30 minutes before you eat your breakfast.
But if you are not used to eat fruits in the morning, then just take it in small bits before your system can adjust to it. Its good to take in on an empty stomach. But I don't suggest citrus fruits in the morning, only those two that I have mentioned, banana and apple.

I start my day with one to two liters of boiled water every morning. Sometimes I take oats or eat fruits first,on an empty stomach. Before I retire to bed I drink 500 ml of water every night. This will keep you hydrated during the night. It is a good a good practice to keep faithfully everyday.

I start my day by drinking warm water with lemon, then do some exercise for 30 minutes everyday after that eating my daily breakfast which oatmeal with fresh fruits. My system did not easily adjust to this diet but with patience and determination i get used to it. Now I can say that i am healthier than before with proper diet and exercise.

What I do, is to make smoothies. I go to the day old section of our supermarket. This is where the produce that is old is placed. You can get bananas and all kinds of produce there at low cost. find if you have a store in your area that has this. I purchase bananas, apples, etc. and then blend them. Inexpensive and healthy. Remember, they say that old dark bananas have cancer fighting benefits.

If I eat fruit when I'm hungry,I'll have some bad feeling. And after that, I have to eat something not fruit or sweet thing. My stomach is not good when I do that. Anyway, I prefer eat fruit after meal. Goodluck!

Hi ! Started my day with a hot chocolate. It warms my whole system and it makes me happy .There is an ingredient in chocolates that enhances happy hormone. I can't tolerate fruits in early morning , feel like to throw in , i prefer it in lunch time.
Usually i ate banana and an orange . Banana good source of potassium and orange for Vitamin C. Time like this , so hot we need to hydrate ourselves . I suggest Melon and Pomelo are good at it. Melon is perfect when it is bit cold .

Yeah, I heard it is good to the body to eat fruits during morning. It helps regulate well our body system. I want to try it also for a week so that I could differentiate if it is really effective or not, if there is something new with regards to the usual feeling that I have.

Healthy breakfast is immensely important to gear your works efficiently ahead of the whole day. Other factor is that you are away from having food for long hours before breakfast. Your point of drinking a glass of water is good one. But I prefer fruits as it is more effective. It is better to avoid citrus fruits as it has a high chance of causing flaccidity. Banana and apple can be good choice.

yeah you are right , but drinking water early morning is a good habit to have, you can have fruits after breakfast , lunch or dinner. fruits works effectively only when taken after food, not before the food,

The idea is good but the important thing in any diet plan is to never starve yourself. That's only asking for endangering your health later. Healthiest thing to do is consult a nutritionist (there are free consultations done in government health centers) that way you can try a diet that's best for you.

Hey moondebi, I agree with you. An apple a day is a great way to incorporate fruits in your diet! Also, I would recommend a banana, an orange, and foods such as pomegranites that are rich in antioxidants. The more antioxidants in your diet, the better off you are.

Hi there! I actually start my day with a banana and a glass of water. Sometimes, I drink a glass of milk instead. I would still eat my normal full breakfast with my hubby before he goes to work. Anyway, the effect of the banana is good on me. Did you know that it's a natural antacid? I'm hyper-acidic you see and I find banana soothes my tummy every time I have one. Bananas in the morning works well with me. Plus, I heard in some countries, they have banana diets for weight loss. I haven't tried that, yet. But still, I'm just happy with bananas relaxing my tummy.

A change in the diet can cause some discomfort in our body. We need to do it gradually. Old people before told us not to take fruits on an empty stomach because of the acid. I think taking banana with cereal is not a problem at all.

Drinking a glass of water is good and i do it every morning also.
But i don't think eating fruit in the morning is good since fruits may have axit and it is not good for our stomach when we just wake up with a stomach empty.

Thank God I don't have problem with my health that I have to be in diet. I don't eat fruits in the morning, I usually take it after lunch or take it as my dinner. There is no guarantee or rule about what to eat at certain time and what will the result we accept. I think it's accourding to each person's health issue.
