A dear co - worker has take a sick leave for nearly 3 months. Today, with a surprise, she is coming back to work. We all gave her a hug, and she is happy to come back. Although there is a slight change in our team, she will be adapted to it soon. Anyway, with 2 surgeries, we all pray for her while she was gone. We miss her, and she miss us over the phone. Now, we are happy to see her back to our team, and hopefully she is doing well after the surgery.

I am happy to hear that your co worker has become quite well to go back to work again. Your co worker is so lucky to have a great team like you who give a such warm welcome for her after going back to work. Hopefully your team will become even more solid and good!

I don't know what kind of health struggles that your dear co-worker has been through during the last three months, but I'm sure that all of you were very happy to see her back at work again. It is great that despite the fact that there have been some changes that have happened at work during the time that she was gone that all of you were there to welcome her back with open arms. I would suggest that you all take it easy on her while she reaclimates herself to being back at work again.

that's great news that she has recovered and is now back to work with you guys. Hope she is going to do well and that she is going to have a steady health. I am sure that with all your support for her and (do not stress her out just yet) she will be back to work as if she has never been away.

That is wonderful that you prayed for this co worker and supported her like this. Sometimes when someone is really sick for a long time they can use the prayers and support. I bet she felt really good coming back knowing that you all missed her prayed for her and hugged her. I'm glad she is doing better and that you were all there for her.

In my office there is no sickness leave. We only 12 day annual leave that we can use for general purpose. If we take a leave for more than 12 daya, our monthly allowance is cut off. We are cut off 5% per day. So if you are on a month leave you will not be entitled to the monthly allowance.

Good for her, and it's really nice that they let her keep her job. Hopefully she have fully recovered from her surgery. She needs to take it easy and take extra care of herself so she wouldn't get sick again.
