Account on Multiple PTC sites

Hi everyone. I've registered on a few PTC sites and a thought occured to me. Is it ok to have 1 account on let's say 10 differend PTC sites? Because you might click on an Ad which the same Ad might be offered on a couple of sites. So because i like to follow the rules and do not want to work for weeks/months and then get my account banned or suspended or something. So is it ok? 1 account per site, many differend sites... Thank you
