Is Clickfair another PTC scam?

I just joined Clickfair and I've read somewhere that its the same owner of Rewardingways and Superpay which have been paying for a long time. You think Clickfair will be a good money maker?

it is paying site but i notice they always change their terms and conditions. what i cant inderstand is they change about referrals earning value, a free member only permit to rent 10 RR now, with a very expensive price and not profitable at all. I invest $30 and I only earn $0.12 a day from my RR, even i loss more money to recycle them but no earning improvement

If the other two were good paying sites and this new one is with the same owner I would think this one is too. No reason not too? Good luck to you!
