I think we're in the same case. But for me, I always go to bed late because of my computer habits. I cannot sleep as long as I go to bed and then I'll be able to sleep. I always dream while I'm sleeping. Then, when I wake up, I always feel tired and in a bad mood. It just happened to me this morning. It happens frequently now.

Hi there ! It is so dangerous to have hypothesis on health conditions. An expert should be consulted. I guess you need to see a doctor for early detection and cure.
Don't self diagnosed and self medicate . Let the doctors do their job and have an adequate rest.

Have you tried walking barefoot on the ground, we are all electromagnetic beings and perhaps literally grounding yourself may help. Perhaps try it and feel how nive it feels to have your feet in contact with the ground
all the best, urban

Hi elena!
You decision of going to a doctor could be the best thing for you to consider right now. I personally don't know about this disease and does not have any problem with sleeping. But the way you describe the situation, it is very alarming because it may affect your breathing while sleeping.
I hope you find solution as soon as possible. Have a nice day!

Hi,
I don't know about neurasthenia. But I think you should consult the doctor. The tiredness may be because of less sleep or vitamin deficiency or some stress. there would be nothing to worry and you will be healthy and strong soon.

Hi elenaliu it is really best to consult your doctor first. Sometimes what you see in the web are not true. So better go to your physician to really know whats up. Good Luck and have a good day.

Hello elenaliu,
Yes,I think it is better to visit a doctor, without trying to solve it oneself. In the meantime,as you dream a lot,try writing down the dreams you see.Well hope you get better soon.
