Childhood friend

I had childhood friends, they were sisters. But unfortunately, they left for the US and hey never left me their address or phone number. I sure miss them a lot. We had great times together.

Hi butterfly, yes it is wonderful to still have childdhood friends that one can communicate with especially when you are my great age of 63...childhood has been a long time ago...LOL...

There are 2 people that are dear to me that I've known since kindergarten. I still keep in contact with one of them on a regular basis, the other I see around here and there and it's like no time has passed. Never realized how rare that is until started meeting other people.

After graduating from my primary grade, we transferred to another place so I was not given a chance to see them again. But with my new work assignment, which for some reason, I was able to return to my old place, I was able to see some of my former schoolmates and friends. One of them is at present a village official of the place where we had our primary education. I am happy to see at least one of my friends after such a long time.

yes school life is the best part of the life.All my friends are still in contact with me through social networks even though they have an tight schedule.

It is among the happiest thing one can badge into if you already lost communication with your childhood friends. They are very good memories.

Oh, that's good to hear. My childhood friends or classmates are busy nowadays so we don't have time to meet. I hope we'll have a reunion this April or May. It's really fun commemorating our past stuffs. For sure, we'll have gas pain after laughing out loud. LOL.

I don't have a lot of my childhood friends that I still keep in touch with, but there are some of my friends from that time in my life that I do still talk to pretty regularly. I will definitely tell you that facebook has been something that has made it easier to stay in touch with those friends. However there is one that I do keep pretty close contact with. Though she now lives hundreds of miles away from us, we do talk regularly and she is also my son's godmother.

It's not easy to keep up with your childhood friend and we feel so close to each other.Well we spend time schooling and playing and having fun.I feel lucky that i have such friend like that,we can talk no matter what we want.Thanks for your topic.

Hi, I also meet my classmates in my school time. We are in all six classmates. We arrange get together, or meet on someone's birthday, or sometimes to help each other if someone is in need. Thus our group of friends is always with each other with happy and sad times.

Wow, that's good for you .. I'm seldom get information from my childhood friend .. All of us are grow up and separates now .. I'm in Jakarta, some my friends in Pontianak (another city and really far from my city right now), some in Australia, some in USA, and many more .. And the best way to contact them only online, we just sharing via facebook or twitter .. So sad right? but grow up makes me think to appreciate and care to everyone in your life right now .. Childhood friends are nice but they are in my past ,, I prefer to care to people in my present right now :D

I felt jealous when I read your post because when I was in grade school a had a lot of friends however, not like you. you we're able to maintain the communication. me I didn't know wherer my friends are.

I am pleased to say that I still have my friends from school also. I only considered about 5 people my friends, and the rest just someone I knew. The people that I considered friends are still my friends today.

Yes, its a nice feeling... Yesterday i too met my childhood friends after long back and discussed about the fun we had. Really we cant forget the days we ride the bi-cycle around the city. after 15 years we were on our motor bike. After couple of hours we planned to come with our own car. Really happy moment.

You must be very happy. Childhood friends always make us feel peace and happy. I'm too. I have some good friends from childhood. We often call to each others to know that we're still healthy and happy.

I love my childhood friends. they are the only one who can call me with my real nickname because we grew up together and went to the same school together. I enjoy seeing them more than I do with my college or high school friends. We went so far together that all childhood memories are so precious to remember. I only have few left who I still have contact with and I miss the rest of them a lot.

i am almost 50 but i still keep constant communication with my elementary and high school friends. we update each other regarding our lives. yes, it's good to know that after all these years, even if we rarely see each other because i live abroad, i too still have friends i can turn to, friends who know me almost inside and out.
