Today I got up when my husband did to remind not to take the van keys with him and he decided he wasn't going to give them to me and so my anger, and stress level is through the roof. It is way too early to be so stressed. This is not a good start to the weekend at all. Has your day ever just started off stressful and bad.

No I don't let people stress me out, any more what ever people do I let them do it, I am not going to get my health all out of shape behind some body whop don't want to do right, I have enough going on, in my life right now, than to be all stressed out by someone else.

I'm glad to hear that you do not let others stress you out. That is a good thing. We really do have to think about our health and not let people get the better of us. I'm working hard to do better in this regard. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Unfortunately yes. Every morning I had to get up for work. That's fine with me, but the husband is snoring away. I feel stressed out trying to wake him up. I know he is jobless but this is no way to live. Stress number two comes from my dad who is sick and has been worsening since the beginning of the year. Every morning I here stomping of his foot while he tries to walk a few steps with the caretaker. Every little step is stomping to us because of his weight. My mornings do not start well at all.

I'm sorry to hear that your days are very stressful as well. I hope that sometime soon you will be able to have less stress. It is hard to be positive when we feel that our life is filled with stressful situations. I appreciate you sharing your experience.

YES..yes! But, dang, I have learned that I have to take that issue, and put it away..or else the rest of my day will be totally OFF kilter! I just have to totally compartmentalize that issue...or the head starts to ache, the stomach knot, and I start to mess up..ALL else! Take a deep breath..a moment for yourself...please!

Yes I understand what you mean. I'm doing my best to work on this. I know it will benefit me a great deal when I do my best to control at least my reactions to different situations. When we are able to do this it will help us a great deal in many areas of our life.

Well, it happens at times. Sometimes, if kids or us elders are ill, we stress out. Sometimes, we even argue. At other times, some other stressful things happen. It happens now and then, but afterwards, we feel that we should not have stressed out this much.

I agree with you. At times we have to take a step back and remember that the situation doesn't have to be overwhelming. It can be hard to do though when we have a variety of things happening and going on in our life.

I could be sometimes stressed as early as 5am. And this is mostly because, either the kids wouldn't want to wake up for school or I find my kitchen or the living room full of things lying around. This would surely make a bad start.

I understand what you mean. I often times feel overwhelmed if the house isn't organized. Then I feel there are so many things to do and to keep up with. Sometimes when things are like that we have to make a little time for ourselves to relax.

Yes, it has happened to me many times. specially when I can not sleep with snoring of my husband and even later feeding my baby and just get chance to sleep in the morning, and my husband come and disturbe me for making tea and with terrible headeche I start the day and hear many things from him... but I control myself, otherwise, I feel that much bad, that I wish to explode his head.

Yeah situations like that can make us really stressed out. I hope in between the stressful time and situations you are able to relax and do something you enjoy. That can make us feel a little better about all that we are facing.
