I went to the dollar store I got the cooking utnsils. I decided to go with the more expensive ones, because they are betty crocker. I canhandle the red colour if they do the job.
I got about $25.00 free with my online earnings. I asked the lady if she could order me a rolling pin, a colander, and apple corer. She said yes to the colander but she has to ask about the other.
I was little annoyed that now they got the dish rack in and the cutlry holder, which I end up paying more at Walmart.

You are doing exactly what I did before I moved out. I bought up a bunch of kitchen things and put them away in boxes . . . just so I would have them right when I moved in and wouldn't have to spend a big chunk of money (or spend the time shopping) for the necessities. I got that idea from my old co-worker who was buying up her pots and pans at the time. I saw those Betty Crocker items at Dollar Tree . . . yah, red like you said! You figure it's a brand name that should be of decent quality, right? I love getting new kitchen stuff!!!!!!

I thought of that, that I don't want to have to gt everything last minute sort of deal. I wrote out a list and been using my online earnings for it. So I can get the bulk of things, I am sure I have missed something, but then when I move out I wont have to worry about it.
I still need towel sets, bedsheet set, apple corer, rolling pin, colander, reuseabl dishes for the brats veggies, dishes for my lunch, vacuum, steam mop.

I love going to the Dollar Tree. They have so many nice cooking utensils, dish towels, and bowls. They are all pretty good quality too. Yeah, I'm not a big fan of the color red (unless it's an apple...lol) but sure I would use red utensils, they'll get the work done just as well as any other color. I love my apple corer, it was a great investment :) Enjoy your new dishes.

This is great Ricki buying everything, before you get your place to stay, I was going to buy my things, but I decided against it because, I have no where right now to put all my things,I should be hearing some thing, real soon from housing and then I will start my shopping spree, for everything I need for my apartment.

hi you really did get a great set of utensils to handle just about any kitchen task and its great to have the tools you really need as it helps make the kitchen work much simpler. A tool for each task from the looks of it and thats really a great idea.then when you move you will have a kitchen set up you can really enjoy too.

I'm glad you got what you wanted at the dollar store and i also love the color red. Sorry you had to get some stuff at Walmart for more then the dollar store. Maybe you can return the stuff to Walmart and get your money back from there and buy at the dollar store now. I just got my first pay day on my lot and had it automatically sent to my bank account because i have bills to pay and hubby right now is the only one working as i'm waiting to hear if i got as job i had an interview for on March 11. I do love the dollar stores where a lot of things are cheaper so good idea for you to go there.

It's been about a month or two since I bought it from Walmart. It is better quality what I bought at Walmart, so I might as well keep it now.
I only have to support myself, and work 4 offline jobs to support and pay my bills. Online for the time being is buying household items, then to items I wanted.

Yeah we love the dollar store. We always seem to find a lot of stuff that we need there. It's nice to when we go in and we see that they have new and different items. I hope that they work for you. We once bought a spatula and it was very flexible which wasn't what we wanted since it's hard to flip things with it like that.
