daniel padilla: justin bieber of the philippines

Yeah, you can say that-- he is the JB of the Philippines since he is a teenager who has a lot of teenage fan girls.. But at least he has talent too and he is not famous just because of his good looks- although that is a huge factor. I think he will continue to be big since he acts well and even sings a bit, and he is a Padilla too.

i don't think so that daniel padilla would be like justin bieber here in the philippines,i am not the fun of both of them but i think its more good the personality of daniel padilla rather than to justin bieber.

I think yes, Daniel Padilla is our version of Justin Bieber. I am amazed at how he really have amassed lot of fans specially your girls. Well, one cannot deny that he is very good looking and knows how to speak nicely. I know Carla Estrada his mother is so happy with his son's popularity.

To say of the Philippines, sorry but that is colonial mentality, I had lived through times when i was a young lad during the late 50's or 60's where they had, Frank Sinatra of the PH, Diomedes Maturan was Perry Como of the Ph, Jose Marie Chan was Cliff Richard of the PH etc.... so when do we learn? For once please let's be our unique self, he is what he is period.

Well he is a really cute good looking kid, that will surely drive girls crazy. Plus he's laid back and good manner, he is not grumpy with his fans, I think he's parents are there to give him advise how to handle his popularity since both of them are actor and actress as well. Robin Padilla was ones very popular too, and I havn't heard of him abusing his popularity.

based on what i read in the papers (since i don't want tv anymore), i find him to be more real, not showbizy, not too naive, and that padilla trait of being polite and respectful. he even admitted (again from the papers) that he did not come from a rich family, that he was not a diligent student, and that they're not that close to the padillas. since the parents separated, they probably didn't get any financial support, and that as soon as he started working, he helped his mom. then i read that for his upcoming concert (i have never heard him sing since i don't listen to the radio either. gosh, i sound like a cavewoman here!) that his repertoire will consist of songs by the beatles, queen, even grease, considered "old" music. that really impressed me, so it would be interesting to know if his teenage fans will be able to appreciate them.

I don't like Justin Bieber but I like Daniel Padilla. He looks more down-to-earth, more humble and nicer than Justin Bieber. I think Justin's popularity has already gone to his head. Daniel Padilla looks so laid-back and I think he's a responsible young man.

Hello Iluvusabado, I don't know this guy and how the heck he did became famous, but i've been seeing him quite lately. seriously, i don't know this new generation of celebrities but i see them in our local showbusiness. he's young, I'll conclude if he's down to earth after ten or twenty years in showbiz. right now, he's just a fresh start and needs to be more down to earth to have more fans to woo him

I am not a fan of Daniel Padilla but I do know that he has won the hearts of a lot of young girls. I am just not sure what they see on that kid. (not grumpy, okay?) I remember when I was young and I was so fond of Aga Muhlach, Well it was because of his great looks especially the cute dimples that he has.

hi iluvusabado, I can see daniel's reaction during his interviews, he looks so overwhelmed by his fans and still manage to keep that hairstyle. i can see his success as a star. I do not know much about bieber to compare him to daniel but the hair.
