do you really stop for while

i mean everyday we all are busy go here and there, but do you think about stop for while? for staight 2 week i work like the hell, now i get to 1 day off and what i do, i go for walk and i find out that all my bone need to strecth for while and it never been feel good at.
physically i don't have many friend so what do you do to fill up your time with something productivity thing? do you read book, find girlfriend( this is my part that so weak, hate it), do some sport like basketball or football?

When I was working then, my form of relaxation is a walk in the mall. I do not have a day off from the pharmacy of my brother in law. I am always working until Sunday. My off days would only include Christmas, New Year and Good Friday. Even if I am sick, I had to come to work.

Seriously, maybe he thought that he can depend on me that much coz I can really handle it on my own. Of course, I can! I was the one who started it since he was still in Med School when we have put up the business. It was primarily me who took charge of everything.

i still remember the day back when i was student, i do work part time and when it finish i will go for walk at the mall but in the end stick on the bookstore. why? i read manga hahahaha

We did have assistants. But it is really hard to have one who can be as dedicated and can be easily trained. Not all applicants really can handle such jobs coz since we are handling medicine, assistants should be sure that they are giving the right medicine. And we have encountered sales assistants who try to be a show off by doing what just comes into their minds without asking me or my brother in law. It Has caused me trouble but managed to fixed it.

Yes, we all need some time to relax and stretch (woooooooohh)
I just did it.
I spend a month long vacation with my family and had so much fun.
I just came back from that vacation and been missing a lot about internet things especially Mylot.

I spend it back in my hometown -Baguio City,Philippines.
I had so much fun with the Flower Festival last February 24,2013 (one of the most awaited event here in the Philippines)

I have a day off tomorrow and I'm thinking of just hanging out at home and rest. I haven't received my paycheck yet so I really have no choice but to stay at home and just browse the net, or do whatever.

Your topic really made me to think about my life and make a good shot about it.Sometimes i made myself too busy and forget to enjoy and learn to relax every moment beside me.So i'm confused and upset,but now i know that i should take some time to make it good and full of energy.Thanks for your remind.

Well, I am almost alone and at home, I do not have any friends here so I make myself busy with net and my kid. that is all what I do, sometimes listening to music and sometimes pray.

Yes i stop for awhile, sometimes its so stressful with daily routine of my work, and when i stopped, i really stop for about a couple of months, i just go visiting the beaches, or rather stay at home, sometimes i visit my friends from other provinces, and attend lots of parties. And when i'm again for work, i self my self to a work mode again.

i always stop every 2 days in a week, i go to do some exercise often, and also i feel great that in saturday and sunday i don't have too work so much, from making some online business. reading book is one of my favourite but i prefer some physics exercise like jogging or playing badminton, i like football but nowadays i don't spend much time for it

hmmm just wonder what kind of physical job you have that enable you to stop for 2 day in a week? reading is me favourite too but now i prefer to read annual report of the company. for exercise i would ride bike everyday to go for work, sunday I would go for walk as my area here is really develop and that is great thing to enjoy it, hahaha

Every person who is working hard needs to have some rest.I am over 50 so my free time I spend making some walks,meetings with friens,swiming,going to the cinema or theatre or working in my garden or time for my cats.I relax in this way and that gives me energy for my job.

I have a lot of hobbies. I work really hard during the week. But I like to get out for some kind of outdoor recreation on the weekend either with friends, my family, or both.
Today we have nice weather. We will be going to a nearby park for a barbecue. I am getting up to do chores in between chatting here at My Lot.
