As long as you keep an open mind then you'll soon succeed. English is not my first language as well but I learned in school when I was younger. Until now, it is not really perfect yet. Speaking and writing are quite different and here in mylot you pretty much do both. I worked in a Chinese speaking country and I had a very hard time but people were very personable and understanding. Now, I am in a German speaking country and I am again having some problems because of the language. I hate to see people who are so proud of their language and not even try speaking in English in their country.It does annoy me because I do my job well and pay the right amount of tax to the state, to their government. My blood boils when I talk about this. This made me become more understanding to tourists or any foreigners in my country who sometimes become rude due to culture shock and language is one main reason why a person get stressed. So just have fun in practicing.:)

Everyone is welcome to join myLot. It does not matter if your written English is perfect. Please don't let that person's comments bother you. You are doing fine. The more you practice here and in your class the better your English will get.
