situation my biggest problem

friends this is my biggest problem in my life,situation making my work to delay sometimes even it makes me to stop it.I do every work by planning and scheduling but sometimes its not working for me due to some unexpected situation.how to move with this?

yeah same situation is faced by me many a times. i too do work by scheduling ..but if whenever such a situation comes and i have to stop my work. then i will keep rest of my schedule same. and i will do my left and pending work later at night or during my rest time.

I will set a time table for my work, but will left a period of time blank.
The blank time does not means I do not do anything, it is left for unexpected things. We can not plan all the things in our work and our lives, but we can leave some time and energy for them, when they come out.

there will lot of advice to you given by many users here, but at the end of the day you have to decide it by yourself.
The best would be your schedule. if you get success in maintaining it then, that will be well and good for you.
