i have to sacrifice having no covers sometimes because my doggie gets on my side of the bed, on top of the covers. i guess i should train her not to get on my bed, but i would miss her at my feet. what a dilema! you can't have your cake and eat it, too.

I used to go through the same thing but now I have an extra blanket for myself. Lol. My dog sleeps on one side of me and my husband sleeps on the other side, I am cuddled all the way around! =) Well, when my husband isn't working... My husband always wants her to stay off our bed but I cannot do that to her, she is my baby!

i agree. i say the same thing. i want my warm babies in the bed with me. i am glad my husband likes it that way, too.

I don't like animals on my bed to be honest, never have, although I have only ever made one exception, for one of my ex's four cats, you shouldn't have favourites I know but he was my friend and companion and when I wasn't well he wouldn't leave my side or my bed, he was welcomed on my bed, but none of the others were.

I never allow my dogs to sleep on my bed and for this matter, in my room. This way, they won;t be able to get on my bed and I won't step on them accidentally when I wake up.

This is my secret method: put a spare cover under your pillow. When she rolls on top of your covers, use the spare one to cover yourself. This way she won't be disturbed from her sleep, neither you won't catch a cold. Now you have to share your secret: how do you make her sleep in bed with you? Because my dog lays down in our bed in the evening, but she goes to sleep in her armchair after a while.

i baby my doggies, i mean REALLY bad. i had them since they were really small. they have been in the bed with me when they tiny. so, i guess i raised them to be in my bed. i guess, i did it to myself. the cuddle so well, though.
