Fed up being ignorant on mylot....

I think I may just make it. The time says 27 minutes ago. Did I make it? Will you comment? Geez, I really hope so. Now, what was the question? All I saw was the part about 30 minutes. Okay, I'll be quick. I never start discussions and these days I don't respond either it seems. Except to you, now that I think of it. Nice to see you back. Gotta go.

Here on mylot,I have made more responses than discussions.Not that I have a preference for responses but I find it hard to start a discussion.However I still have a guilty conscience about failing to reply to what people who started discussions commented on my responses.

hi ajk I have tried not to make more discussions than I can easily comment back to all who respond to me but in spite of my care I find myself having to come back again and again to keep up with commenting back to all my responses, I do go back as often as I can and catch up to any new responses but I just wish I could get them all done before I leave for a change.I have found most of my friends have been most kind and lenient with me but I do not like to miss responses mses either.

Ok, at the time of this writing, it's 19 minutes - so you better reply back or else - HA HA!!! . I know what you mean. I am on and off myLot all day - I barely get any myLot time in. I will reply back to everyone in my discussions - BUT (and that's a big BUT) - it might take me a few weeks. And even though I did eventually reply, people might not take notice to it or it might annoy them that I took too long, so the discussion ends there. I just got to commenting back to my past few discussions yesterday - and the oldest one was about 4 weeks old!! Yah, most of the time I get to hitting other people's discussions too. Too crazy when I have young kids here to be a "regular" on myLot!!!

When I start a discussion, I try to respond to all those who gave their thoughts. And I really don't mind having to get back to those discussions coz I have a lot of time to do that. Mylot really didn't tell us to respond to all of them but it is your prerogative to do so or not. It doesn't matter if it would take you weeks to respond back. But at least, I was able to relay my thoughts on this. Have a great day, ajk111!

When I post a discussion, I make sure I comment back, I posted three discussions and I had to go to the doctor, but when I got back from the doctor, I commented on my discussions,I enjoy comment on discussion that I post, but most of all I like commenting on other people discussions.

hahah! =) ohh sounds normal and sounds as if its just like me and my issues on mylot. But you know what? i find it even better to earn when you just respond to your own discussion becausee since it is your discussion you would have replied with more quality post in the comments you leave to your mylot friends.. so i now i have realized this, i already am responding to the responses i get as much as i can an i make it a priority rather than finding new discussions to answer. ;)

I respond to all discussions. I feel if then person has taken time to respond to my post then I should return the courtesy. Politeness is my thing

I respond to more discussions that I start my own, as I would prefer to respond to others discussions, as I don't have to thi8n up a topic, as it is already there. Not that i am lazy about starting a discussion, it is just that I find it hard to come up with a topic that others are interested in responding to. i do respond to lots of discussions that is for sure, but I only do what I can, as I work for awhile, then leave and come back later and do more, so I am in and out all day long. I just find it better to take breaks once in awhile so that i can keep my mind fresh and able to continue on later. Take care, and have a good day.

I have the same issue. As much as i want to reply to all of the responses, I could not do it all the time though I do really try so hard.
