Ankle

I sprained my ankle about 1 month ago and was not able to run. Now I have been told that I can run again. How should I start to build up to the distances I was doing. I was doing about 10 k before. All thoughts appreciated thanks Alex

I think if it were me I would start off slowly and work my way back up to what/where I was at. I think that way less risk of maybe injuring it again. Just my opinion though, you know your body best and know what is best for you.
