why girls need boys to propose first

I think its the society and the culture that dictate that situation. There are some contries which are quite conservative when it comes to courtship.

I prefer the guys would do the first action rather than girls because its more romantic if the guy would expose more of their love than girls. And that is the time you would know that the guy really loves you and that he is serious with you. It is more often the guys would do the first action coz' if girls would do they would look like they are easy to get.

Call me old school but I still feel that it is best that the man proposes to a woman because I do believe that it is most likely that a man is going to be a responsible husband for her. What I mean is, a man is the one who should take care of the family. And so he has to make sure that he is ready to start his own. It is hard for a woman to propose to a man, coz it is not just being financially stable that could be in question but also the emotional capabilities of the man.

To my opinion women show their love way easier as men do. Women say a billion times they love the guy, men seldom do. So it's kind of useless to propose to a man who never said he really loved you or gives you the idea he is (still) not ready to get married (marriage means in most cases he can't be that hunter anymore). BTW there are plenty of women who do propose the man but this for sure also depends on the culture where you live or been raised up as a woman!

Because man are supposed to be the provider and the one who protect the family. If ever a girl prupose to a guy, there might be reason why a girl did that. It could be she doesnt want to wait forever for a guy who will commit or doesnt want. She doesnt want to waste years to wait for nothing. Xx

It's just tradition. It stems from the older times... and old-timey things are really romantic. I myself like guys to take stuff like these into their hands. Also, some guys would feel as if they lost their masculinity if a girl proposed...

For me, i prefer girls who just wait to be noticed or proposed by a guy, i believe that girl who make the first move is an easy to get kind of a girl or some kind of a liberated girl. On the girl side, maybe it is awkward for them to propose first, because normally the boys is the one who make the first move.

I think, nowadays there isn't any difference between girls and boys in the matter making proposals. In past things were so. It may be due to societies set up where men/boys are being given more power to take decisions and responsibilities.

Hi friend...yes you are right, most of girls want the boys to propose first, although she also loves the boy. I think the girls want the boys responsible with their relationship, because the girl or the boy who propose first, she or he will keep the relationship more than who receive love, that's why the girls prefer the boys to propose first...But, it is just my opinion friend...
