Have you actually used Coke as a toilet cleanser? They said it's very strong so it's quite effective to clean dirty toilets. I'm not very convinced about it but it seems some people have really tried it. Kindly share your experience here if you've done so.

I did not try it yet because I'd rather drink it than have it in my toilet haha! But I heard it too from my Medicine subject instructor. Said it has better effect with muriatic acid because of its high acid content.

WEll you can use coke its true. I know this because i know you can also use coke on an old car battery to clean corrustion , having said that you are right, baking soda indeed works better for both car batteries and cleaning a toilet. Works very well actually. I do it sometimes. Its awesome try it out and let me know what you think. You can even use it to unclog a drainage system (within reason)

I learned this trick via the net before but I haven't tried it yet. Since I like drinking Coke and I think it will be a waste for me to use it to clean the toilet

I think I have read about it as a cleaning agent substitute too, but I have not tried it yet. This could also mean that the cola we drank contains strong ingredients, I just hope the effects on our system is not that bad.

Only use coke if you have nothing else and you insist on using it.
