hi guy yesterday is sunday i read a book say if you write down you goal, you will achieve it compare to just remember but don't really achieve it.
so there have 4 section money, health, relationship and work.so under the list of money i did list out lot of thing but 1 of the most important for me is buying property age 27.
the book also say you need to have action plan for daily, weekly, month and yearly. now i am 25 and there still have 2 year before reach the deadline i need to have an action......but i have not clue what to do......
So i need to decide whether i want to buy subsale house, auction house or new house.....hmmmmm so for the starting i decide to buy subsale house. ranging price RM35K-45K.
What other info i must learn or must have?
i did start to save in the early day since kid, so i think is enough to cover lawyer fee, income tax, and electric bill, water bill. that all i have, and not very much.
did anyone here in mylot did ever buy subsale house? any advice please

I have a goal of having a house as well and I am following the success principles of Jack Canfield (have you heard of him?) Anywho, he states that writing down your goals and reviewing them everyday will help you to come up with the "how". You have to make a conscious effort of thinking about this dream goal of owning a home everyday. You have to be specific. "I will have a 4 bedroom home in the 35k-45k price range, in Hawaii by the time I am 30." You think on it everyday. Subconsciously you are sending your brain a message to find a way to achieve this goal and eventually you will come up with the "how." Sounds good to me. Your thoughts will produce the actions to make it happen. Looks like you already have a great start. Good luck.

Happy to be of help. Jack Canfield has several books. He is the co-author of "Chicken Soup for the Soul" book series and "The Aladdin Factor" as well as a couple others.
Great idea of putting a pic of the house you want on your phone. I think I'll do the same thing. I'll see it whenever I text one of the girls. Definitely have to have a 2 bathroom house with kids if they are in the picture. Yes, yes, you did mention you wanted that house by the time you are 27. I'm sure you will get it too. All my best.

What book is this? This seems good. You actually just gave me an idea on how to budget my money right after reading this discussion.
Well, about your question. I think it will depend if how big your family will be (if you have). But for my own opinion, a subsale house wouldn't be so bad after all. But, as to prove to ourselves that we worked hard and saved hard for it, a brand new house would be a good price for all the hard work! :)
