One day me and my husband went out to try out a new casual restaurant. We went to chili's and ordered molten chocolate cake after having dinner. I really liked it and tried to make it at home. It's a chocolate cake filled with molten chocolate and served with vanilla icecream.
I stated with baking a chocolate cake from cake mix, then made a hole into the cake for filling hot chocolate fudge. Kept it in refrigerator for sometime. Once hot fudge got somewhat hard then put it into microwave for 45 seconds and served it with vanilla ice cream and topped with molten chocolate and caramel. It came out really good. Now am a pro of making molten chocolate cake. :)
How about you guys? Are you a fan of molten chocolate cake ? Have you ever tried it at home?

I love the molten chocolate cake at chili's. What I have done is made a chocolate cupcakes then take a little out of the middle of the cake filling it with just the ice cream and then drizzling hersey's chocolate all over it. It's just about the same just I'm not all that into the caramel so that is left off. It works for us when we are in the mood for the molten cake but can't get to chili's.

I am a big fan of chili's and their molten chocolate is awesome. And best thing is you can always get coupons for free dessert or appetizer. I always choose my chocolate cake and don't pay any extra money for that. It tastes even sweeter. :)
Have you tried their coupons for free desserts or appetizer.

I have to admit that molten chocolate cakes really are one of my favorite treats because they are never dry. Most cakes have a tendency of being quite dry and that is the reason that I'm not a constant cake eater.
Now I've never had the opportunity to try to make my own molten chocolate cakes at home but the way that you've explained it makes it sound like something that would be pretty easy to make at home.

Hi Subhojit10,
Thanks a lot.
I am a big fan of chocolate and can not go out everyday only for chocolate cake, so wanted to have it whenever I want it. Sometime I make it late night to satisfy my craving for sweets.

I have wanted to try something like that. So far I can only try simple biscuits and cookies. Maybe I will try something as ambitious as that (for me at least) when I have enough trust in my culinary skills! It does sound so good and I am a big chocolate fan.
