My office is organizing a team building event soon. I am in the organizing committee. We are planning a list of activities where everyone can participate and help to foster better team work among colleagues. We are planning a 3 day 2 night retreat away from the city. Any idea is welcome. The more the merrier.

May I ask what kind of people will be participating in that particular team building activity?

Ordinary office workers, men and women. In the past we've had water sports such as banana boat. There were also games like volley ball. Some other time we did trekking.

hi there tehpau, there are a lot of lists and activities you can do during your activity and i am sure you will find a lot of them interesting in the internet. You can always opt for a group activity that majority if not all the members would be able to participate in. =)
