I would like to know some information, I have searched on google but I did not get my answer as I wanted. I know a person who said he had TB and has gone for a long time under treatment and now he is alright, but after test some just like 1-2 % of TB is with him and test is active but doctor said this amount will be there for whole the life. he used to smoke and drink alhocole daily, so I wanted to know are cigerettes and alhocole are harmful for that? and if it effects on TB then how long will take time that TB again become active on his body? what is harmful for TB? Thank you for giving me information

as far as ive known, if you develop tb, ofcourse you will get treated by continues medication, but once you have it, you will have it forever even if u r already treated. Itll trigger once you are expose from risk factors and stressors. Xx

It is possible yes that it will be active again if he doesn't stop his bad vices. He is stubborn hard headed old man who wants to die i guess. Hope he will realize and stop. :) xx

I'm pretty sure that smoking and drinking can aggravate any condition a person may have. I don't know much about TB itself. But I do know that smoking and drinking can add more problems to the person's condition as well as cause new issues to come up.

is he dying? If he is dying already then it is good to enjoy those stuff. He is going to die anyway, but TB is treatable so he better stop. Yes, THEY ARE a very good combination of the PERSON WOULD WANT TO DIE A HARD AND PAINFUL WAY. otherwise, THE PERSON SHOULD STOP!
