I once read a Japanese book about banana. In this book, the writer indicates that having only banana for breakfast can help lose weight. In his suggestion, two bananas are enough for the energy we need and it's much healthier than anything else. I tried for a week or two and stopped after I also read a piece of news on micro blog. It is said that eating bananas when the stomach is empty is detrimental to the cardiovascular system.

Besides the vitamin and minor elements, I don't know other benefits of bananas. But I often see the tennis players eat the bananas in the court. The bananas are supposed to give the energy to the tennis players in a short time. And also you will not feel so hungry after that.

Bananas are really good for you! Also, check up on the internet. Some are saying that the bruised and very dark bananas have cancer fighting abilities, so that is another good thing for them!

Hi ! So very true ! In addition to that banana are good for the heart and nervous system because it contains high in Potassium . It is also a good source of natural energy. If you go for an hour of exercise a piece of banana can managed for that span of time . Banana also is rich in fiber functioning the way Apples are doing to our body. This is better than apple even because apple in our place is expensive so banana can be a good alternate.

Yes, you are right their are lots of benefits that banana can bring to you. Bananas have two times as many carbohydrates as an apple five times as much Vitamin A and three times much as phosphorus. bananas have great source of natural energy rather than other fruit.

I like the sound of the benefits of eating banana. My daughter is the one I buy bananas for. I will try to eat more banana in the future. I think slices of banana and passion fruit would be lovely. I like a vegan brand of vanilla puddings. I think sliced banana would be excellent in one of those.

hi friend, Banana is very useful fruit.It is rich in calcium and potassium too.But it is heavy for digestion.So one should eat in moderation.I have heard that milk and banana together is a complete food.

O.o tha´s new for me but quite good because i always eat 2 bananas a day because i get famint and I quicly run to the kitchen and get some bananas ! I wonder do thye need ot be big to be 2 bananas or small size?

Bananas are great, personally i like them and eat a banana every day or every other day. The problem is that one has to be careful for the banana to be: NON-GMO ORGANIC Bananas are also very high in fructose which is not the best sugar. Remember, everything with moderation. There needs to a balance in everything one does in life. :)
