I have been blessed with good bosses. By good, I mean kind and accommodating ones who appreciate the work I do for them.
It's always a nice thing to be appreciated inside the workplace, right? I mean, I work online, but the fact that they credit the hard work I do for them is great motivation to keep me going.
Have you had similar experiences where your bosses made you feel appreciated? :D

I know the feeling.
We work as team in our office and it's a great feeling everytime our supervisor commend our work/job it's worth the effort.
happy environment matters most when it comes to work.

I too have had great bosses in the 32 years that I had worked. They were kind and quite generous. There is nothing better when your boss says you have done a great job on this assignment lets go out for lunch. Or they give you a nice bonus at Christmas time. You feel validated and worth something and that definitely feels good. When you work and work and get no recognition for the work you don't feel motivated to do better. You would then feel like you are worthless. Good bosses are hard to come by but I had the best of them.

Ha, yes! Bonuses are much appreciated. :D I mean, just a sincere "thank you" is great, but even better when you actually get a little more than the pay you expect, right? :)
We're really lucky to have been working for our bosses, then. I hope more bosses are like them so more employees/workers have a better time with their work. :)
Thanks for sharing over here!
