Ola-la body exercise

Every one wants to be sexy and fit. Is there any tips on how to be fit and able to achieve the perfect body that you really want? My friends and me are planning to join the zumba and or belly dancing. I just want to know if these are effective and is there any ways or any exercise to make us fit. Thanks a lot!

You are on the right path :) Zumba and belly dancing is the fastest way of loosing weight. I haven't tried it yet but heard a lot from my friends. And it's fun.... Who doesn't love dancing??? And if you can lose weight while you are having fun...then this is the best thing to do.

I have Comcast Cable and there are so many channels that have Zumba and belly dancing exercises. I don't take advantage of them as often as I should but I do a couple of times a week. It would be nicer if I had someone with me but I do it alone....

Lots of reading. It leads you to observe which foods help you do what kinds of things. Also, walk ... a lot. Exercise regularly, but define 'regularly' to mean "as often as your body says is okay" (i.e. DO exercise 'at a set every-so-often,' but adjust that time-span according to how your body reacts ... I admit, it IS a bit of a 'science-experiment on yourself'; but nobody else is gonna do it for ya!)
Although speaking-of-which, it's good to have sort of an 'idol mentor'---someone who has been awesome at your age, whom you can sorta follow the habits of (like Josh Radnor), but who doesn't even know you specifically.

I know some people have had success with the Squeem, it's a body shaper that is supposed to have long term effects. Also I've friends in cosplay that are into corset training. http://squeem.net/ I would really love to try that dancing class! Let me know how it works out!
