My girlfriend is almost getting insufficient sleep everyday. She was a regular taker of benzodiazepines for 4 years. Now she had quit it after a long fight of tapering and lot of withdrawal symptoms. Now she is though not taking benzo she is having insufficient sleep and nightmares and tremors, twitching and all. Any remedy.
