How to work with smart people?

I now work in the university with a lot of smart people.
I soon find that I am not as smart as I think. I can learn things but slower than them; I can accept new things but later than them; they can share many information just by body language, but I have to get them by words.
I hope I can work well with them, but now I feel a bit hard.
Can you help me?
Give me some suugestion

Hi,
You should trust on yourself. Every person has some special qualities. You should talk with them with the confidence. You should not compare you with them. Try to improve your performance with your experiences and observations. I think you also can work smartly like them in future. Have a patience. You do your work honestly and don't bother about others.

Every person has his/her special quality. Some can discover it at early age, some will find it out in their late years, while some may hide it all their lives.
I hope I can discover it soon, through hard-working, maybe those smart people have already known it.

It can be a bot intimidating to be around smart people. But instead of having self-pity, this should serve as a challenge to you. You really need not imitate them, but at least aspire to make yourself evolve into someone that you can be proud of.

If you really want to be a part of them and have the same ability,there is no express way but do more learning and hard work,you should learn more knowledge then you can just the same with them sooner or later.
You know what?Your colleagues are not born in this way,the reason why they are so smart just because they learn more.

Every person has some strong qualities and some weak qualities. Even the so called "smart people" are not good at everything. The only difference is that they believe in their strengths and aware of their weaknesses. You should also try to know your strong qualities and bring that out in every aspect. You need to have confidence in your qualities and keep working on improving your weak aspects. There is no need to feel inferiority complex.
So don't give too much thought, keep doing what you do best and try improving the other qualities which you are not so good at...

Everyone, even very smart person, can not be perfect. So we need to learn from other people and work in teams to make our work to be great.
I try to find out their strong points out and try my best to get them by myself. I also try to know myself, to find out my own good qualities to make my life much better.

friend.. i think you are very lucky to have smart people around you so that you can be one to those soon.Share you knowledge with your friends and get it back from them.observe everything from them and keep it in your mind,it leads you to success.
