Hi mylotters!
Just fishing ideas from you guys if globe pospaid plan is okey.
It's been 2 years now with my suncel postpaid plan and now I'm interested to switch my plan into a globe one.. I like their tipid load offer, it's really practical but I have no idea if globe is okey when it comes to service.. just wanna make thing sure because of lock period once I avail it..so no turning back once I signed the contract for that postpaid pla.
your testemonies will be a great help to me.

I am a Globe postpaid user for 10 years now. My experience is good, so far, until recently, Globe has been doing some major overhauls to "improve their service." Sometimes, there's no signal or you won't receive the messages sent to you. Although of course it depends on your location.
If you ask me, I think Smart is still better when it comes to services. I just can't switch to the other network because all of my contacts are Globe users :)

Really. Thanks for the response. Smart is good when it comes to service but they have expensive postpaid plan offers compared to other network.

I've been using Globe Post Plan for 5 years now. So far I haven't have any complaints. There could be down time sometimes but Globe's customer service is definitely one of the best. In my opinion, their promos are better than their competition.
