i was a little pissed today. i am doing humanatic for 2 weeks now and earned 20dollars. i cashed out twice but i didn't received any payment yet. so i decided to email them inquiring why i haven't received it yet. after two days, i received a reply saying that i didn't received my payment because my paypal account isn't verified yet. i didn't know they wouldn't pay unverified members.
i wanted to verify my account but the kind of debit card i have isn't in their accepted list. is there other way that i can verify my account?
or can you suggest what i should do with this problem?

Hi mamanen!
I can share with you two options by which you could verify you Paypal. first is by using a smart money card. You can go to the nearest smart center to apply for one. Do tell them the purpose for getting a card. There are card which you could get automatically. Then asked them to assist you so that you can connect your smart money with you cellphone. Look for a step by step procedure online.
Or you can use Union EON card from Union bank.
I personally used smart money and I verified my account after 24 hours.
Have a great day!

I think, it's 120 pesos. Then you have to deposit a certain amount to you card through BDO.. Paypal will have to get 100 pesos but this will be returned to you after the verification process. It will be returned to your Paypal account.

You can also use Virtual credit card (VCC) to verify your Paypal account. I use "cash for action dot com" for most of the currency exchanges. You just place an order, make the deposit in the Indian bank listed on their website and they send you VCC which will help to verify your paypal account.
You can use what works best for you.

I verified my Paypal account years ago using Unionbank EON card because I did not have a credit card. I don't know if the procedure has changed but I remembered you don't need a maintaining balance. There's just an annual fee. It is also convenient at that time since only Unionbank had a partnership with Paypal in the Philippines. Other banks were not familiar with how you can transfer money from your Paypal account to your bank account. And if the amount is not credited, you would have no recourse since they didn't have a system for checking the transaction. I hope things are different now.
