What is that sign??

Hello everybody,
I can't say I'm a Facebook fan but I like to spend some time there, to see and discuss with friends from all over the world.
The sign I'm asking about is the one that appears next to my friend's name, on the right of the page. Most of my friends either don't have any sign (they're off-line) or have a green bullet (that means they're on-line and we can talk) But what about this sign?
I uploaded a screen shot below. What does it mean when I see that "14h" and a grey small box next to a friend's name?

It doesn't have anything to do with the time we had the last chat. For that friend in particular, we didn't chat for months!
Where do you have your information from? You are only guessing or it is stated any place where I can read about it?

According to added image your friend was online on mobile, 14 Hour before. h stands for Hour and M for minute.

It shows when was the last time your friend was online via mobile.
