Is love necessary to live?

I cannot live without love - we all wont be able to live without love. In fact pain is still love. lol xx

Hello Asma, Even I agree love is important in life and life without love is dull. Being human being we are expected to love others and get love from others.

I believe that love is necessary to live. It does not have to be the romantic kind of love. Just the simple type of love would be okay. I think that it is necessary because I believe that kindness and understanding spring out from love. Without love, the world would be a very chaotic place because people don't want to listen to each other. No one would want to respect each other, understand each other. They would all just want to do their own thing. We need love in life because it unites us. It shows us that there is so much more than what meets the eye.

Psychologically yes ! Love , affection and affinity are crucial requirements for a human mind and soul ! With lack of these a person or being may have many social and mental problems which may have a severe impact and sometimes long lasting impact ! Love apart from being a mental need , it has been in certain cases they even help a person survive (maybe for some time) to see the particular person ! Henceforth displaying the character of a Morale booster! Being in the 21'st century it is very difficult to say true love is everything but yes....... Even the people with the worst attitude and temperment hold a soft corner for some person in their heart it is impossible for a person not to love someone Be it anybody ! Putting it together ,love may not be a physical necessity but is a very crucial fuel for keeping the mind calm and peaceful !

Love is imperative. I just couldnt imagine my life without the people I love! If you do not love and get loved in return your life is definitely not worth living!

To live... well, technically not. To live a meaningful life... I think it depends on the person. There are really some lonely wolves who like going by themselves. Most of people need love to be 100% happy... and some of them don't even need romantic love, just friends and family.

Well yes love is indeed necessary for a human life. yes it may not be necessarily girlfriend or boyfriend's love, but it could family, friends, wife or children's love also because it is the spice of life, without love everything will seem dull gloomy and loneliness will always follow you.

Well in my opinion love is not necessary to live, but is necessary to live well! I mean you don't die phyisically without love, but you die inside. So it is necessary if we want a full and blessed life :)
