Hi! I'd like to think of myself as a decent baker and I do like helping others so I thought this would be a good opportunity for me to pitch in. However as my house cannot accomadate this kind of demands, I don't know where to turn next. I did ask the local library and they said no and I have the feeling a local school will say the same thing. I'd be willing to try. Does anyone else in Charlotte, NC know where an event like this can be hosted or who would be a good person to get in touch with? Any other bakers out there willing to pitch in??
