We are conscious with the food we eat. We want to pamper ourselves with healthy fo ods since nowadays environment is no longer longer healthy that is why m ost people only has shorter lifespan compared before. But do you k ,now that itsnot only the hazardous environment and the food we eat are contributing factors to our health... do you know that even the products we are using such as shampoo soap lotions and moisturizers contribute in damaging our skin. Few days ago I search over the web about natural recipes I can use for my skin. And god thing I was avid to download natural skin care recipe. Its not only cheaper it also has lots of benefits. How about you guys? Are you creating you own skin care recipes or you are one of the patronizers of commercial products made or harsh chemical. I would recommend start being picky when it comes to what you are going to apply on your skin...

Thank you for your advise Mayrah. Actually, Im doing natural facial scrub made of Honey and brown sugar with lemon. It is great in my skin knowing it is all natural and wont harm my skin. I am also bothered by the chemicals mixed in the products that I have used because it may damage our brain tat we can loose our memory at the early age.

Hello, I personally stop using commercial soaps, shampoo and toothpaste for almost 2 years, I think. Many people find it weird, but if you would just think of the fact that humans have been in this planet for more than two thousand years already, a lot of them managed to survive without these present commercialize body products. By the way, the main substance that I use as an alternative to these commercial products, is sodium bicarbonate a.k.a baking soda. There are a lot of uses of baking soda, just googling it will give you a lot of results.

Being natural is good and using natural resources for health care is always very beneficial. Just add little exercise or brisk walk to your daily schedule with this in evening or in morning.

Yes it is really crazy how so many things is damaging to our health. It is a good thing that you are looking for natural recipes to make your own products at home. And there are a lot of ways that you can make these items in bulk.

Even the (sour) rain is damaging the skin. It rains frequently in my country and the rain is very painful on my skin! I have allergies/eczema and this is not made up. Also not strange if you consider that plants etc also are damaged by the rain. There is nothing I buy or put on my skin since I am allergic to most of it and if not I will be within 2-3 days. I also can not use anything on my nails, if so I feel it burn through my nails. BTW if it comes to chemicals it's in everything and everywhere. You inhale it and even the so called bio food is not bio at all (the poison/toxics are in the rain, the ground water etc). Not to forget to mention the use of cellphones, computers, radio, micro waves etc.. all damage your health. Same with everything we use to clean our house, clothes, etc. I wonder how many people really reduce on that, how many people still remember in how many ways you can use sand, soda, vinegar, lemon.

Well that is good. Going all natural not just in the food we eat but also in our cosmetics and in the things we use for our body. The chemicals in our shampoo, soap, perfume, cosmetics and the likes can kill us softly. And even with our household cleaning aids, we have to go all natural.

Hi Mayrah...You are right. Nowadays, foods, environments and some daily products contain harsh chemical, but currently I use commercial products for my skin, but I am very selective. I check the ingredients of the product to make sure that the product does not use harmful material. Of course, this product more expensive, but it is not problem, because I want to keep my skin healthy. About natural skin care recipe, I use it when I have enough time to make it and to apply it. Have a nice day.

We,people nowadays, really don't know how to obtain a healthy lifestyle. And i want to share with you this simple knowledge i learn from a meeting. It's about our drinking water. Is it safe?where do you get the water you drink everyday?Nowadays,we mostly drink distilled water or what we called the one we bought in a supermarket which we know safe to use specially for infants. But take note, those empty bottles or disposable bottles contains chemicals that can cause cancer. So you better not re-use those empty bottles again.Like putting some water for drinking,or because we are saving money so not to buy another container.Another example like those empty bottles of 1.5 soft drink we can buy in a supermarket, don't you dare to put or stock a water for drinking as it may contaminate your water specially when it was set under the heat of the sun.Much better you use a breakable pitcher or any empty breakable bottles, you can use to put your drinking water. This is only i can share to you,as safe and practical way,as we know water is very important in our daily life.
