I found a new website (new to me anyway?) this evening at youbeauty.com. I have spent quite some time reviewing the articles, and one article in particular grabbed my attention about whether or not to exercise if you hate to. What are your thoughts on this?
I, for one, hate to exercise just to exercise. I know I should, but finding the motivation is sooooo hard

I got a scooter and it makes exercise so much fun! Also, you can try a bike or something. But for me, the Scooter is everything. I just love it. I also like to dance to the Korean pop group Shinee, their songs Lucifer and Sherlock are real blood pumpers. Here are more hints. http://longevity.about.com/od/lifelongfitness/a/exercise_fun.htm

It is hard to get motivated. I stretch because it relaxes me and keeps me limber but exercise isn't one of my passions. It 'used' to be but now I just don't do it. My oldest daughter belongs to a gym and she was always pushing me to go with her but it's expensive and over all just would rather not.
I get a lot of exercise just doing things around the house with all the stairs. There are times will take the younger kids down to the park and we walk around the track.
My youngest loves to run and if she is really motivated and not just something she's interested in this month, then I'll go run with her. Well, walk faster anyway.
