for food safty , fresh fruits and vegetables should be carefully selected. at the store , they should not be daamged or bruised and pre-cut pieces should br refrigerated or surrounded by ice. allfruits and vegetables should be rinsed before eating. this recommendation also applies to produce with rinds or skins that are not eaten.it should br done just before preparing or eating to avoid premature spoilage.fruits and vegetable should be kept seperate from raw foods like meat, poultry, and ssea food,as well as utensils that have come in contect with raw foods
and share an incident realted to food safty

Yes u are absolutely right, safety has to be maintained first when it comes to food. As u have mentioned our responsibilities starts right from the selection of fruits and vegetables while shopping so we should get fresh fruits and also while cooking, certain things has to be remembered so that we can not compromise with our health.

You are right about this. most people doesn't know about the risk of mixing everything or they dont even bother. Before I happened to eat a spoiled food and I start puking, tummy becomes overworking. I take precautions now and then before eating any food. xx

Those are some good ideas. And I think it is smart not to buy a lot unless you are sure you will lose it. Like with bananas because they go bad quickly.

Oh, I agree with you. We should wash them well and we should also see to it that we wash them with clean water. We can't afford to get sick nowadays. It's unsanitary to cook directly the vegetables and fruits from the grocery stores.
