Work that never Finish

I am an employee,with nothing to think other than work,work,
I work from morning to night,but still I never get satisfied with the work I do,
I never give the work to others,because I fear they will not do it properly,
I do not believe in delegation of power,because I want power to be be centralized in me,
I make sure that all important work should be done by me,because I think I am the only one meticulous, for others are all careless when I compare them with my standards,
Even if my children and wife complain about me,I will still not delegate my work to anybody,
Because I feel lost and lonely without my office work,Do you Think I am a workaholic,

Yes you are a workaholic, you want to make sure that the work get done and that it get done right, I work here online and I feel, that way about my work, I don't want it done any kind of way, I want it to be done right.

I think you are a workaholic and you find fulfillment in your work... there is nothing wrong with it but you have to prioritize your family first. It is normal that we all have our passion and yours is your work and yours is with your professional career.
I do know and see that you feel that your work is equally important, but then you have got to also make it work that you finish and do best at your work and be the best parent and spouse. Work, we can always find one... we can always find one for ourselves... but time lost with our children will never be back.

There is nothing wrong with being a worker. I am. I love to work. I consider a job I love as play. So that is really a good way to look at things. You enjoy work and are fulfilled, for you it might be more of 'play'. I am a gamer and have a degree in gaming, so I know how the brain functions. You are only responding to the label of "worker" and I really think you are 'playing', and that is not derogatory. Remember, if people enjoy what they do, it's relaxing and fulfilling. I say you should stay working, and try to let those around you know that it is what you truly enjoy.

Definitely you are workaholic and its a good sign too. It makes you committed and a perfect as far as today's life requirement is concerned. All the best.
