I've made a decision. This time, I put my mind and heart in it. I have decided to stay and continue my studies and told the company and my parents about it. My parents said, they'll support me whatever I'll come up with and the company said, if it's what I have decided, they can't do anything at the moment but to respect my decision and just wait for me until I finish my course and they'll put the position available only for me.
I'm so glad to know that they respect my decision and most especially, the position will be waiting for me. I don't know what they see in me for them to offer me this opportunity and willing to wait for me. Whatever it is, I am thankful.
Thank You Lord, for this. I am truly thankful for Your love and guidance. What I have been through all these years is worth it after all. I can't wait for the adventures that You have for me ahead. Please guide me always and I know You will never leave be as you are always in my heart. THANK YOU!

If you feel like continuing you study, and after some thorough considerations make you believe that it's the right thing to do, then you should proceed. I don't think your parents will have any problem with it. The only problem is with your career, yet you mentioned that the company you work with is willing to reserved a position for you. That is just so wonderful because not many company would do that. You must have been important to the company.

I have been working for the company for 3 years already and they want to give me a promotion but they required me to live in Thailand but I have still my studies. And I spent nights and nights on deciding whether to stop the studies and choose the promotion or the other way around. I told them I will stay and continue my studies for 6 months then I'll go. I'm just so glad they understand me and they will wait for me!

You are so right Little Marie. Decisions can definitely be hard to make, especially when they can be life changing. Although you're still young, you showed a lot of maturity through this entire process. I'm very proud of you, and I hope that you get all that you deserve in this life. Continued success to you my friend :)

Thanks Brad! :)
I guess everything I went through in life in the past 19 years, I've gained enough maturity to decide such things. The opportunity they offered me is sooo life changing but my heart wants to give my parents the happiness they want from me and that is I can finish my course. And I will give it to them. I'm just so glad that the company understands me and is also willing to wait for me.

Making decisions I agree isn't easy and sometimes you have to step outside of your 'comfort zone' but in life we have to take risks in order to reap the rewards, I personally think you are making the right decision, for you, and you have the support and backing of your parents, which is great. I wish you every success with your studies. I am sure you will succeed.

It's never easy to decide between to things we love! I really want to continue my studies and I don't wanna lose my career. I was so torn between the two but I thank God for He has enlighten my mind and I put my heart into so I can decide which path should I really take for now! :)
I hope everything will turn out well later on.

You are very lucky that a company is willing to wait for you to finish your studies. That is a great opportunity and I'm sure you will do great. Most kids when they get out of school struggle to find a good job. You already have one just have to finish school. God is definitely looking out for you. God Bless. What kind of company is this and what are you studying?

Thanks Lelin! I am indeed very lucky for this! :)
The company is about web designing and internet marketing. I am a graduate of Information Technology already but I just want to obey what my parents want this time. They want me to have at least a certification that I am a caregiver. It runs in the family actually, and I disobeyed them before when I took IT so I'm giving them what they like. I just want them to be happy. I'm just so glad that the company understands me.

It is true decisions is the hardest things in life for a slight mistake will change the course of your destiny. That's the reasons, Why managers, president or any leaders is sometimes hard to get and is most of the time lonely. On every decision there are always those to benefits and those to suffer, so damn if you do and damn if you don't.

Career decisions can be hard to make and go through with. A person must stand by his or her decisions. It is great that the company said that they will stand by your decision and let you have a position when your studies come to an end. Well done on deciding to continue with your studies. You have many happy adventures ahead of you. Good luck and have a wonderful time as a student.

You know one thing dear - if you make a decision you either gain or lose, but generally you gain in the long run. That's what I think it to be. Good luck to you and in your endeavors.

Hi,
you are very brave and you have taken firm decision courageously. Everyone is supporting you for your decision of continuing studies. It is very nice that you are showing gratitude to God and praying for his blessings. He always remains with you. Some people remember God only in difficulties and forget to say thank you in happiness.
