Now we have Children killing babies on purpose.

Today a Georgia mother walking with her 13 month old son was approached by two kids one being anywhere from 10 to 15 years of age to the younger one being maybe 5 years old. The older kid asked the mom for money she said she had no money. That when you have a child all your money goes to the child. He then asked the mom do you want me to kill your baby? Then he preceeded to fire the gun to the ground. The mom thought it was a fake gun because she didn't see any case shellings. When he then fired at her and glazed her ear. He then shot her in the leg where he then went to the baby and he said do you want me to kill your baby. The mom said "no don't kill my baby" but he ended up shooting her son in the head. I'm sick in the stomach over this. The police are looking for the kids who ran away after the shooting. Can you believe this? I would think being the mom though I would have done everything in my power to get the gun away from the kid. I just can't believe that she couldn't yell for help or tried to defend her baby. Am I missing something here? My mind can't wrap my brain around a child doing this to another child let alone a mom. If this really happened the way she said it this world is in alot of trouble. We are losing generation of kids due to unfit parenting, drugs, alcohol, video games and not having two parent households. This world does not have a chance.4 people like this

I can understand how the mother would be surprised by these two young children & not think to protect herself & child from them. I mean who in their right mind would think that two young children would be any kind of threat? I know I wouldn't. Unfortunately this is now the world we live in & yes it will indeed get much worse. Just read Revelations in the bible & you will see just how worse it's going to get. Of course this doesn't mean that all hope for mankind is gone. God promised that the day would come when he would restore the earth back to it's a original purpose & that was to be a paradise home for all of his children. Someday soon God will step in & do all that He promised. That means an end to all wickedness & evil. Those who practice such things will be destroyed. Back in the Hebrew scriptures Noah preached pretty much the same thing only to have people laugh at him & his family. And so the people of the earth went on about their business right up until the day when it was too late. Noah & his family were the only ones to survive the flood back then because everyone refused to listen to him. Hopefully this time around some if not all of mankind will be smart enough to look for the signs & prepare themselves for the day when the world & all it's wickedness will be brought to an end.

I'm honestly having trouble wrapping my head around the fact that anyone could do something so heinous, let alone children. What the [expletive deleted] is the matter with our society?

Sorry, Lelin, as I have difficulty in believing that this is actually what happened. I have a suspician that there is a lot more involved in this killing. I saw the interview with the mother and something is not right or didn't sound right. Hard to put my finger on it but her story smells. Just an opinion

Okay, fair enough. It just didn't ring true. But if they have caught the kids then that is good. We have terrible crimes too and I don't know, was it always like this or is this a modern phenomenon?

I honestly don't think it was as bad as it is today. I think back to the 50's and 60's people were not as cruel as they are today. Parents killing their kids, kids raping girls, people killing other peoples children. Now kids killing a baby. It is all out of control and scary in my opinion.

Well that is what I was thinking in the beginning. However, they have now caught the two kids one being 17 and the other 14. She must have been in shock during the interview and while the whole thing was happening.

Two arrests were done in this case. I'm happy the shooters were caught and still can't wrap my head around the fact that they are so young. I know there is more violence out there but to start shooting babies?

That is what I want to know. How could they think nothing about shooting the mother and killing the baby. I just don't understand!

I had never heard about this story and hearing it really is something that makes me sick. I mean I've brought up my own children to respect not only themselves but to respect others as well and if they do that then they will get the respect that they deserve in their lives.
My children would never resort to violence and knowing that there are children not that much older than my daughter that are doing something like this to another child is just sickening. I hope that they are able to find the juveniles that did this and that when they do they will be prosecuted as adults in this case.

that is a very shocking incident especially those are young children doing the crime to a mother and baby there. also i'm sure the mother was in shock upon the incident, she maybe in panic and cannot react well and properly to help her baby and to call a for help. that is a sick happening and why these young children to be able to such a violent act.,.what more could happen if these children become adults..hopefully the police can find those kids before other innocent people would become victims.

The mother did try to protect her baby by putting her hands over him but the kids pushed her away and thats when he shot the baby. They did catch the two kids. One is 17 years old and will be charged as an adult. The other kid was 14 years old.
