Hello, myLotters!
As the summer will be here soon[in 3-4 months xD], my thoughts fly away at the summer holiday. The summer holiday it's a complicated time of the year for me, because I go at my grandma's house all the holiday, and there I don't have any pc[neither laptop] or any good Internet connection for my phone... That's why I'm thinking to buy a tablet pc. But my budget it's very low, because my parents think about buying me at the end of the year a laptop, so..I have a very low budget for the tablet.
All I want to do on my tablet it's to: go on some social media, check some sites like[ Youtube,Deviant art, my Lot, neobux and donkeymails], to listen to music , if it's possible to accept some e books [in word format :D]and if it's possible to watch some movies too.
I don't want the latest version of android, and I don't want to have some special functions for gamers, because I don't play much games.
I was thinking about some Chinese tablet pc's, like this one :

or this one:

I want to mention also, that I don't really care very much, if I can't download directly my apps from the Google store installed on it.It's ok if I can download the apps in pc and the I have to transfer them to the tablet.
What do you think about Chinese tablet's?
Have you ever bought one?
What any other low budget tablet do you suggest to me?
Any advice it's good!
Thanks in advance!

It's fine to buy those chinese made tablets, since even branded tablets and laptops are already made in china :). Even the famous apple products are being manufactured in China by Foxconn. I just recommend that you find a trustworthy dealer, and be sure that they offer warranty, at least 1 year and like a 1 month replacement warranty. You could also consider buying a pre-owned or second hand tablet from sites like ebay.

Well, about tablet PC's..
1. They usually are running Android or Windows 8 [Android version I think] systems. Android system is powerful enough to run better games [I have Galaxy S3 which is almost a tablet PC and games has very cool graphics].
2. Tablet PCs have a lack of space usually. It would be great if You would buy a SD card for it [16-64GB].
3. Tablets have 512MB-2GB of RAM. It's enough I think. The only thing is that You'll need to clear running apps time-to-time to free some of it.
4. You said about watching a movie. Most of Tablet PCs and phones [Galaxy S3, Iphone4, etc..] can play any video you have - starting from [flv] to BlueRay movies that consumes 8-16GB memory. So in this case - any movie You have on it (also You can use torrents for movies and etc.).
5. Battery. Well... It'll be the biggest issue for You. If You use quite often Your Tablet (and in this case You will), You'll have to charge it 1 to 3 times a day. And of course more charges = less battery up-time.
All-in-all.
Tablet PC is a good idea for You. But as You asked, what tablet PC You should buy, I won't search for them. I can only suggest the specs:
1. Processor - dual or quad core [1.2GHz+];
2. 1-2GB RAM;
3. At least 16GB storage (movies and games);
4. No camera = cheaper device.
5. Battery - look for more than 2000mAh, more mAhs = less charges + more up-time.
Good luck :)

i don't have any personal experience with chinese tablet pcs..but one thing is sure..chinese tablet pcs lack quality and you really can't tell for how long they will work..because the components used inside are cheap and low quality ones which makes it less expensive...if i were you i wouldnt go for one if im looking for a long term tablet pc....

i have mine and i bought it in a cheaper cost than the iPad.. i think it is made in china also and it works great the only thing i can complain is the battery because it only last for three hours depending on what you do to it.. i think there is nothing wrong in buying a cheaper tablet just buy it in an authorized store so you can get warranty as well..

Those are some pretty low prices, but remember, you get what you pay for. Most likely those won't last long, and you'll be better off getting a $200-300 tablet that will actually last. Although if you just want a temporary tablet that you will upgrade as tablet technology improves, then maybe those are a good choice after all.
