Ugliest 10 Celebrities, would you agree?

I've dropped on the page stating the reports "the 10 of the Ugliest Celebrities" and they are the following below!
First list is Iggy Pop, the widely known as innovator and godfather of punk rock followed by Jodie Marsh who is an occasional glamour model and below continue to the 3rd until the lasts.
3. Donatella Versace
4. David Gest
5. Cher
6. Pete Burns
7. Mickey Rourke
8. Jackie(Sylvester Stallone's mom)
9. Janice Dickinson
and last is
10. Melanie Griffith
Would you agree if this is the opinion of other people and what can you say on these reports? if you don't like then you can share some thoughts to depends on the celebrities.

I can't really judge because I only know the last one mentioned. I have seen a lot of ugly celebrities I am sure this list is not perfect. What is the criteria or basis for such judgment?

Yes, I agree with Cutie18f. We can not really react on this one because we have no idea of what is the basis for the judgement including the judges. Also, I hardly know these names except for the 7th and last names, which are a bit familiar.

I m totally agree with the decision but they have their own styles which no other will follow or even copy!!

I don't see how Iggy Pop is ugly. He is just unique, not everyone's style... not on the same level as Donatella Versace and her overly fake tanned body and her abnormally inflated lips, in my opinion. The other places are okay, maybe except for Janice and Melanie.
