true love what does this mean to you?

True love is unconditional love, it is love between 2 souls, 2 hearts, not 2 bodies only, many confuse love with lust.

I think that a lot of people today want to be with someone just because they feel uncomplete and they think that another person will complete them. You know the other half, the better half, but I think people are complete persons and they don't need someone else to be complete because then they will be two persons and not one only. So for me true love is not someone you need to feel complete, it is not someone you are with because you are addicted to him/or her because you as you are don't feel good enough, beautiful enough or clever enough so you need that someone to keep saying to you that you are all those things to you. For me true love is when you are with someone not because you need him but because you want to be with him. True love is an honest love, that doesn't mean that your partnet has to tell you every detail of his day but when he/she doesn't lie to you or pretends to be something else because he/she thinks you wouldn't love the real him/her. True love is when you love and you are loved because of your flaws as much as because of your qualities. True love is an honour to find and to give!

I agree true love is unconditional, but sometimes we have to let our true love go because their morals may be messed up. It is true that true love is hard to find and hard to forget. If you are meant to be together and that's what the universe wants, then so be it, but ultimately even if you love someone and you love them with your whole heart, that doesn't necessarily mean that you should be together. I don't want anyone ever thinking they can control me. I am my own person and I make my own decisions. Controlling someone is not love. True love is selfless.

I think the true love is God's love and love the people because of God. That's the true love, and you'll never disappointed.

For me true love is something that couldn't be explained. You feel something pure inside your heart. When you love someone truly, you will never make him/her suffer and you will try your best to be the first in everything you do. You start study hard because you want to be the good one and be spiritually grown up.

It's not about speaking and blushing for him when you think of him/her ! it's about helping him out , encouraging him. we may say we love our partner...maybe we do , but most of the times it's not to that degree. We can say our parents love us because the are the ones who have actually coped up with us in every situation and accepted us the way we are! they have encouraged us when we did good and pat us on the back when we're low.Love is not only restricted to the above !It could just be that you love anyone ! A pet , a person , your spouse , your family , your parents ! Whatever !

Hi ! You said it all and all were so true ! True love means wiling to sacrifice though it means sacrificing and giving your life . It is a selfless kind of love. It means giving everything without expecting anything in return. True love means total commitment ! Lastly it means seeing her flaws as her glows.
