Does coaching during schooling help the students?

Recently I noticed in Kota, the education city of India, that Coaching institutes covers only competitive exams preparation and do not give any time and guidance for CBSE preparation. The question paper of mathematics by CBSE was felt more difficult by coaching students as compared to the regular schooling students. Your comments are invited on this topic.

since the name "education city" itself defines the power of quality teaching and services that are available in this city kota,there are few institutes in this city which provide exclusive preparation of cbse 12th,with result oriented teaching methodolgy.one institute i know well is MINDTOOLS,always giving top zonal ranks in cbse 12th,however i agree to this point that there is a shortcome of similar quality institutes.

Well i can understand the situation u have explained and i think this is the problem with our education system that has always confused the students. not only this, it also affects their studies. There has to be a serious change in our education system so that a student gets time to balance time between the competitive exams and school studies.
