Your thought on this? Please respond, and comment.[/b] Thanks in advance. Professor Dr. B.Saraf. PhD. Cheers have a lucky day ahead. March 23rd 2013. Wishing you a nice SUNDAY.

Hmm well that is an interesting way to look at it. Both of them do have water as an ingredient, but both are made of other different materials. Tears = water, oil and mucus, blood =water, plasma, platelets, cells. They also server a different purpose. Tears are a defense to wash alien matter from our eyes and to relieve our sadness. Maybe you could say Blood is like a warning sign. It can come out wether we are cut or not. A person with Haemolacria’ will have tears made partially of blood, by the way.

That is so true professor. It's a crazy thought but it has truth in it. I just hope that when Kalyni hurts you, it's just water not blood that comes out from your eyes. Joke, joke, joke!

Though the vast majority of our body is made of water, the water within our bodies is integrated into cells and the different fluids in our body. This is the reason that we bleed when we are cut because that water is integrated into the blood as plasma. However, it is also the reason that we have tears, saliva, urine and other bodily fluids. There is not a single part of our body where water is not somehow integrated.

Hi, It is crazy thought but it's true. When someone hurt physically then water comes out from our body in the form of blood. But when someone hurts us emotionally then water comes out in the form of tears. But the wounds created by hurting our body can be healed easily. But it is very difficult to heal emotional hurt.

Blood is water but you do not want to get hurt and lose alot of blood if you know what I mean. Better to cry and loose your water through your tears. Sometimes you need to cry to feel better and losing that water through tears is good for your over all body. I always tell my children that it is OK to cry when you show you are mad or sad or even have tears of happiness.

If it happened that our tears become blood, every child that cries in 3 hours may die because of severe blood lost.

Blood is water as well, it's only coloured. Sweat, tears, blood, it's all water.
