What do you think which phone do you like most touch screen phone or old style phone . Whatever i think old style phone is much better then touch screen phone.Sometimes i am not comfortable with touch screen phone. the another problem is that we have to care these phones a lot and we do not need to take care of old style phone various time i use to through my old style phone and still i do not care that it is good or have broken because whenever i see it again it good as well as it was.
I do not care whenever i use to go anywhere because of my old nokia phone but always care of my new touch screen phone and still i do not have faith on it.

I guess it depends on a person which phone is most suitable for him, just like a friend of mine who is self-declared TECHIES says he love touch screen e.g smartphone, android, ios. He said that he can do a lot of things with it, and use various application with ease, just like the old style phone, which seem doesn't have such feature,
Old Style phone I guess are still good especially for those who always call and text their love ones, for those who are very active wasting load balance for other people, because battery charge of old style phone tend to last longer unlike Touch screen phone which is very good in wasting the charge of its battery.

Really how much we use one we would be more comfortable with that and it all depends on our budget and our necessity that which phone we would like to have.

We should buy things especially like this gadget according to our needs and budget because these are by far expensive, however, due to peer pressure and the status quo of our friends sometimes we are force to buy things even we struggle to have such, we would not be tagged as one like "being left behind".

I have the best of both worlds as far as phones go. I used to have a touch screen, but I was so frausterated with it when it came to texting. I tried swiping,I tried making the buttons larger. It was all too rough for me. And when it got cold out I could not text at all. So, for my birthday my boyfriend bought me a smartpe that was touch screen and it had a full qwerty keyboarth that slides out on it. I love my phone now and I think it is the answer for people that can't decide which they want more.

I think both have their good and bad things associated to them. but of course since smart phones nowadays have shown that it is better now, for so many things... that the size of the phone is maximized with a touch screen pad... whereas the phones we had before that have a hard key on them are only convenient when you need to text immediately and without looking at the key pads.

There have been lots of comments on the point that it is easier to drop the old simple phones as there is little chance of damage there. I agree with this point but i would like to add that nobody purchases a phone to actually drop it intentionally. It is usually by mistake that we drop our phones. And I would like to add that the new touch phones that are coming into the market have got screens that are scratch-resistant and can take a hit without damage. And they can even survive a drop without so much as a scratch to it. But this point is also there that if the screen of a touch phone gets damaged, its usually very expensive to get it replaced

I think the preference will vary from person to person. I, myself, like touch phones more. This is because i find them easier to use. And that is probably because i use my mobile phone for various purposes - calls, messaging, mails, internet browsing, maps etc.
so i think the preference depends upon the way a person uses his mobile phone. doing all these things on a simple phone will be very difficult. so i always prefer a touch screen

YES, Really if you are using all stuffs through your phones only then touch screen phhone is really a good way to do all things, you can not use all of these stuffs easily through a simple phone.

Hi,
Newer phones has features not found in older models with keypad inputs. Advanced features that enhances user experiences like higher camera resolution, GPS, larger memory, faster processors thus faster surfing and downloads are only found in touchscreen models. One may not like the design, the screen may be damaged from constant swiping, still no one can beat their versatility. Some models has scratch proof screens, they can take a beating literally, dragging them on the ground and still retain their gloss as if nothing has happened. I may have one on my sights but I shall wait for its price to go down as competition is stiff for this kind of technology.

I would say the old Nokia basic phones were the best and you drop it there is no issue and a little care and maintenance is enough to run them I still have my first phone a Nokia 1600 and t still runs good but just had to change its battery after about 7 years of use,the smart phone carry a lot of comfort with them but no one would dare to drop them because its is worth a lot and you need to care about your phone more than yourself.I would prefer a old modeled phone with a little changes because I need a phone just to speak and text.I can always use my tab for the rest.

YES Sure if we use our phone to talk and text only then no phone is good more then nokia simple phone, if we talk about nokia old style phone then i also have nokia1600 for last 6 years and still it is working very well, i never care for this phone and various time i use to through it like a ball and still is is good.

I'd say both of them has their pros and cons. Most of the time, I still use my dual sim Nokia 101 phone that has a standard keypad but I also have an n900 which has a touchscreen but only resistive, hence the touch experience is not that smooth compared to newer touchscreen phones that has a capacitive touch screen. Therefore, in my opinion, if it's simply just about texting and making calls, I prefer a standard keypad that is found in old phones and cheap essential phones. On the other hand, if it's regarding doing other stuffs, such as browsing the web, using various mobile software, etc. then touchscreen control on a phone is preferable.

In my opinion, touch screen is better then simple because today the world is changing and new innovations are coming day by day.
Big screens, Great camera, good quality of sounds like BEATS BY DRE, and best CPU and GPU has turn the touch screen phone into superb mobiles phone.
Simple is good for those who do not want to see big things on their phone like images or watching any movies.
But cost is less as compared to the touch screen phone and it do not get damaged if it falls.
So step ahead and purchase according to your choice
THANKS

I have the samsung galaxy s4 which is a touch screen smartphone. i really enjoy using it, as it has a big screen, 4.8 inches, which is big for a phone. Now there are some bigger than mine but i like mine just fine. I have used other phones in the past that didn't have a touch screen, and i didn't like them as well. A touch screen phone is easy to use, once you get the hang of using it, that is. I know a lot of people don't like touch screen phones as they find them confusing, but i like the fact, is all I have to do is touch my screen, and I can open an app, or a game. It is a great phone, and I will be using it for awhile. Take care, and have a good day.

In my terms, simple phone is best because i am a transporter so i have to travel all the day so i cannot able to use touch screens while at bus or trains.
We have to focus on touch screens but normals phones have keypad so we do not have such a problem faced as compared to touch screens phones.
