Stress

How to tolerate stressful thing?Please advise me...I'm very stress of somethings!

Hi friend...It is hard fro you if you are very stress of something. try to take more praying, control your emotion by taking yoga exercise and use your brain to analysis the problem. I know it is very difficult, but try to do it, I believe these tips will help you to reduce your stress. Have a nice day.

Stress is because of adrenaline. I suggest you go for a long, brisk walk and/or do something daft or playful like swinging or sliding. Flying a kite is very relaxing too.
