Maybe YES and NO..
i can say that i considered myself a cynic type of person
because of the way i see things..
I LOVE happy endings..but i know that there is nothing like that in real-life.
given in the situation of someone dear to me who..was left by her husband after so many years of being with him..
Another is an Aunt of mine that she gave her all to that person. Until her remaining years of Life but whats the exchange? He took all her money and marry another girl without waiting a year after her death..(i think just a month)
I LIKE seeing people in LOVE..but given the situation of my bestfriend people tends to FALL in and out of LOVE..easily..just like it was a fleeting feeling. They think that they are IN LOVE now..that when they are in it..they get bored.
MARRIAGE is sacred. But how come there is DIVORCED and ANNULLMENT?
poor kids, they suffer because of their parents doing. JUST because there is no love and trust anymore.
I'll just state a few..Actually i have more but will ask all of YOU...
ALL has Cynism in them...so Bare with it..and saY..

Thinking too much cinic can ruin happyness and a whole life. Be careful. Thinking and treating all the world cynically, although you maybe RIGHT!!! can damage severely. Its like a worm that keeps eating its victim. So remember God told that the most important is Truth, (I think you are Christian) but he did not tell directly that truth can kill. Yes too much truth about life can ruin. I do not promote falsehood. But be careful with the truth. For what sake to know something, when it later will ruin us, our happyness. Again be careful. Truth is dangerous to our mental health. Truth is a killer. Still love truth? (I DO NOT mean here positive truth, blessed by God).

I think it's both. It's good if someone is not naieve and not prone to be used and squeezed like a lemon every single time. But if someone is too cynical, they may be missing on some really nice feelings and experiences due to not believing in love. I think if someone finds the golden means, that's the best.

i was cynical about love and life until i met my husband. he taught me that love and life doesn't have to be a scary bad thing. we have been together for 9 years now and have two beautiful kids together.
