Hi guys lately my appetite increases and I notice a little gain lol especially on my belly part. I know that most of you has this certain exercise that target specific part of your body, and I am asking some tips for shrinking our belly aside from doing repetition of sit ups as I find it really really hard to do.
Any exercise for belly you can share with me? All comments and responses are appreciated.

My problem also is my upper belly. So, i would always dance the Gangnam style as part of my 1 hour exercise. The dance as you know has some a bit jumping steps which really jogged the stomach.
It lessened the bump on my stomach, though what i don't like is that my exercise made me lose weight which i don't like. It's just my belly that i like to lose.

I always exercise in the confines of our bedroom. Husband's schedule of work is late so he comes home later than me too. Thus, i have the time to exercise in our bedroom.
So maybe you should do it also in your bedroom , when you are just by yourself.

Actually, crunches and core exercises will just firm up your abdominals. For overall fat loss, burning more calories than you take in is the key. If you have a sedentary lifestyle, you need to perform more physical activities.

First of all, you need to do core exercises if you feel weak around your abdominals. Those are the exercises usually found in Pilates exercise programs. I wasn't aware of this so I have problems keeping my mid-section firm and my back muscles are not as strong as I want them to be.
Anyway, I usually go to the gym and I make it a point to do crunches and core exercises. For fat loss, I rely on my other exercises to burn calories. Usually, exercise major muscles will help reduce bodyfat.

try belly dancing or the hulahoop. you will definitely have firmer abs with these. you can even do the belly dancing while you're cooking. seems funny, yes but this is what a friend says she does and she has flat abs. sits ups are very hard to do especially if you don't have someone helping you.
