Will you research for a job in the kindergarten as to get a place for your kid?

I have two young kids and I am searching for a good kindergarten for them. However, sometimes I worry about the service quality in the private day care. Recently, I am thinking if I don't want to open a day care at home.....maybe I should find a job in the public or private day care center.....then I may send my children there while I can always take close to my kids..... How do you think about that? Did you have some experience aboout that? Does this way really work?
