I know that I myself like home cooked meals. There isn't a single restaurant out there that can mimic home made foods. The exception being old styled restaurants. Home meals gives the feeling of accomplishment. They taste great and sit better than fast, greasy foods.
I cook for myself everyday. I much prefer my own work for my own food. So, evaluate your diet. Do you eat a lot of fast food, prepare your own meals, or both? Health, along with taste, play key parts in my diet. What about yours?

I usually make all our meals at home. I love nothing better then sitting down to a home cooked meal that I cooked or my husband cooked. It is healthy and alot more tasty then any restaurant out there. You go to certain restautants and they cost so much money and then the meals are not necessarily healthy for you plus you don't really know for sure what you are really eating.

We love making things at home, we know what goes into our meals and into our stomachs.

We rarely if ever eat out and when we do it is often at my cousin's restaurant therefore much like my aunt's home cooking. (So yummy Jewish traditional foods) I do believe in home cooking with fresh ingredients. I buy all fresh or grow our selves. I can almost all the veggies we eat or freeze them during the summer. At this time of year I find us buying more to supplement our dwindling stash but then again last year we didn't grow much do to contaminates in our soil left by a bad flood. I love to cook so not an issue for me.

I ate at a fast food restaurant for the first time in over a year just the other day. Now this does not mean we haven't gone to get a pizza every once in awhile. We all went to Qdoba for dinner, but I already had my carbs for the day (get 1/3 of my calories from my morning meal) so...I had met all my carb requirements, so qdoba was out of the question for me. I walked next door and ordered a side salad and a veggie burger. I ditched the bread and broke up the veggie burger over the salad. I have a pretty healthy diet and I make really good choices 80% of the time. Qdoba and Chipotle are both pretty good restaurants that offer some really healthy carb choices. I do the majority of my meals at home 95%, but I do love going out for dinner on occasion. I think we'll go out for Easter dinner this year.

I will always choose home cooked meals over restaurant-bought ones. Good for you that you are able to cook for yourself, I need to be more creative because I only know a few handful of dishes and if I didn't learn a couple of new dishes I will be limited to 3-4 dishes all year round.

I also like homemade meals very much. I think homemade meals are good and tasty. I love eating from home than from hotels and fast food.

I never eat at fast food chains as they don`t agree with my stomach. I agree with you that homemade food is better and I cook all my meals from stratch. They are much cheaper one with the other, although sometimes I can buy something that is more expensive and make it at home. Such is the case with salmon or a nice piece of steak.
