I used to train 3 evenings a week and followed a decent diet. That helped me lose 6 kilos in 3 months.. I had to stop it in order to work for my exams.. Now I'm not able to find the motivation to start again... What do I do... I wanna lose weight but I'm not able t push myself to do it

Start back up slowly. Keep track of everything you put in your mouth. You might even want to count your macros. If you are interested in only losing weight, multiply your current weight by one of these numbers 14 (sedentary) 15 (active) or 16 (very active). So, if I weigh 120 (my goal weight) I would multiply that by 15. 120x15=1800. This is the amount of calories I would need to maintain my weight of 120 pounds. I want to lose 1 pound a week (3500 hundred calories) I would simply subtract 500 (500x7=3500) to lose one pound. I would have to consume at least 1300 calories. Now, you have to add your exercise and activity into the equation depending on how many calories you are burning. If you burn 200 calories by taking a brisk walk, you can add those calories back in to your daily calorie allotment 1300+200=1500. It should be that easy...but sometimes it is not. Really you have to be in the right mindset to do anything. It's how "bad" do you want it. As Les Brown says in his motivational speeches "You've got to be hungry." Check him out on you tube. Les Brown, Jim Rohn, Jack Canfield, Napolean Hill...these guys all are excellent motivational speakers and help you to put your thoughts and goals into action.

You have to be able to motivate yourself. You can be inspired by other people..but ultimately it comes down to you and what you really want. If you want something bad enough, you will take action. As Denise Austin says, the hardest part is actually getting started, but once you are up and moving it gets easier. Remember to do activities you love and it will be a piece of cake.

I'm going to need to get back on weight loss, too. I bought myself a beautiful dress from the thrift store which I couldn't zip at the back, otherwise it would have been perfect. So that's gonna be my motivation. I'm gonna start out with eating less, and eating more nutritional meals, and start walking, and after that, some exercise.
