Do you ever feel like theres someone watching you?

Like today as i was walking home from school i kept checking behind my back and i had this strange feeling that i was being followed. i happened last week too. i just wanted to know; does anyone else ever get these feelings or am i just paranoid?

I sometimes have this feeling... especially when someone comes right behind me in the same pace, especially at night or if they are shady looking.

I used to feel this whenever I wake up in the middle of the night and go in the kitchen to drink some water. That feeling also heightens whenever dogs will howl in our place.
